our design Process
01. initial meeting
Meeting with the client(s) is one of the most important steps in my design process. This is where I get to ask all the necessary questions to understand the client’s needs and wants for the project. I always make it a point to be personable and develop a relationship with my clients in order to provide them high-quality design services.
02. proposal
After your scope is clearly defined, LES will send a proposal outlining project deliverables, schedule, and any additional items requested. Once the proposal is reviewed and finalized, both parties may sign the contract and the project can begin.
03. contracted project
Once a contract is agreed upon and signed, LES gets to work on completing the assigned tasks within your timeframe. Any additions to the project will be considered based on feasibility, and written as a change order.
04. revisions
Using the previous design phase's diagrams, sketches, and models, I develop the ideas into feasible floor plans and renderings for realistic images of the project. During this phase, the design goes through refinements in order to reach the final project design.
05. final product
Documenting the design is vital to communicating with all parties involved what the project will entail, costs, timeframes, and other necessary information. Staying clear and concise is important to me during this phase to allow for organized communication.
07. future projects

06. Project close out
Completing a project is always a good feeling. Knowing that I have successfully delivered quality work for my client means a great deal to me and is part of why I love this kind of work so much.
